Bought a cap over a year and a half ago and the windows leaked since day one. Tried going through the dealer and then resolving the issue with Jason Gregory and still no reply or anything towards fixing the issue. I will never buy a Swiss cap again. The company brags about their warranty but won't fix anything. Completely disappointed with everything about this company.
both side doors and back french doors. i call and we talk and thats all that happens. i call again, same thing. gave estimate to paint cap never heard a thing.
They were very helpful and installed my new swiss cap. I also was looking for step rails for my chevy silverado and installed them also. Thank you Kieth for doing a good job and very quickly done.

purchased late 2014 from pickups plus, paid extra for paint to match my blue truck. door paint on cap is to thin can see white through the blue paint. manager at pickups plus Lewis center ohio perty much told me to FU*k off. and that i had to deal with Swiss. i have been dealing with swiss since feb 2015. they sent me new doors and same thing is wrong.
